    On Saturday morning myself and my wife finally hired our newest team member, Ryan Baston. Was a very very difficult 9 month hiring process, where we nearly lost him a couple of times but this kid has endless resilience and didn’t stop until he got the job!Of course that means our first employee, Eoghan just got promoted to Senior Son. He has been awesome welcoming Ryan and showing him the ropes. If he keeps this up, in about 10 years he’ll make it to AE(Adolescent Executive)!But for now the 4 of us are gonna chill out at home and do some team bonding!Wish us luck!#newhire #welcome

    In office???Remote???Hybrid???When you have the focus and mindset of someone like Ashley Guia, it doesn’t matter.As long as you’re productive and are enjoying what you do, you can be successful.It’s on managers and leadership to make sure that whatever enviorment our reps are in they feel supported and feel like they can be successful!I’m still not sure if I prefer WFH or in office, but I know if I had a dog like Momo I’d prob stay home a little more!

But it's not enough to just know them—you've got to show how your product eases or removes those pains. And who better to illustrate this than the door-to-door vacuum salesmen of the 1930s?🚪 Back in the 1930s, vacuum salespeople had a unique way of demonstrating their product's power. They’d knock on doors, get invited in, and then pour dirt on the floor of a potential customer's home. The horrified owner would watch as the salesman, with a confident smile, vacuumed it all up, leaving the floor spotless. Talk about creating a memorable impression! 🧹✨These folks knew the pain point: dirty floors. Outbound sales has always been about resilience, adaptability, and honing your craft.     🤬Absolutely fed up with posts asking, "Is Outbound dead??"Let's get this straight – no one ever truly claimed that outbound sales are dead. These questions keep popping up for one reason: CLICKBAIT!!🚪 Early 20th Century - Traveling salespeople knocked on doors, charming their way in to sell knives and vacuums. I still get plenty of door-to-door visits today.☎️ Late 20th Century - A genius realized calling prospects was easier than door-to-door visits. Cold calling is still where most outbound teams find success📧 Early 21st Century - The internet enabled mass reach for marketing and sales through email. And is the heaviest-used channel today💻 2010s - Social selling emerged with the rise of social media where we get to post here and promote ourselves and our products🤖 2020s - AI and Machine Learning automated tedious tasks, making it easier for salespeople to coach and level up (though sometimes overused and abused).Sales have evolved over the years. And it will continue to. BUT...Each channel is still used and effective today. Nothing is being replaced; we're simply adding more tools to our belt!Outbound isn't dead, nor is it dying. Today's been electrifying, and the Mentimeter North American SDRs have been 🔔 ringing the bell 🔔 all morning! We've already celebrated 3 reps hitting their quotas (huge shoutout to Ashley Guia,Salena Nanwani & jhona david kobos) and two more are just 1 victory away—with the whole second half of the day still to play!!!!🌟 Closing Day has that unique energy, that spark—I wish we could manufacture all month!
