Just received my rolex date just in the mail I purchased through ebay and I am blown away at how beautiful this 42 year old watch is. It looks brand new. It was shipped quickly and arrived in no time at all. Peter was nice enough to answer a few questions over the phone for me and was very... knowledgeable on watch care. After a barage of questions about the watch, that were patiently answered by Mr. Narvaez, I purchased the watch - it arrived in less than 24 hours after my... purchase.When I opened the package I was stunned; the watch is gorgeous! The beautiful silver dialed has aged to a wondeful tone that plays between silver and champagne. The bracelet and watch look brand new, like stepping back in time to 1959 - and it was set to my time zone and running perectly.I have bought many watches unseen, but none have been as pleasing to recieve as this vintage Rolex. I do my homework. I put in hours of research on companies, watches, individuals, etc. Jewels in Time passed all the tests! I heard about fakes, over-priced merchandise and other bad practices at other stores. Jewels in Time does NONE of that! They are THE BEST! After reading the reviews for Jewels In Time, I decided to give them a try. Upon my arrival, David was quick to make me feel welcomed. The goal of my visit was to get very simple repairs to a couple of watches. Even though I did not purchase the watches there (I was unaware of Jewels In Time at... the time I purchased the watches) David was happy to help writing me up quickly and efficiently and was more than fair in price for the repairs. One of the watches was repaired the same day and the other was repaired the next day. I will definitely be an ongoing customer for any jewelry, watches, and repairs going forward. We picked her out a beautiful time piece, but I guess the kids today don’t appreciate watches. I never feel right returning anything, but not only did they take it back but their concern was... making sure that my daughter had a piece she could be happy with. Recently my wife Madeleine and I had a very pleasant experience with David Cohen, owner of Jewels In Time located in Boca Raton. Madeleine had previously purchased an Apple watch at a local Verizon store and then bought a separate watch band from Amazon. The problem became “where do we have the... new watch band fitted”? It was then that we recalled there was a watch store located near our home. We walked in and introduced ourselves to David (not realizing he was the owner). David spent a good bit of time trying to figure out how this new band and watch would fit perfectly to Madeleine’s wrist. Finally, SUCCESS 👍. This was a wonderful experience at Jewels In Time for me. Initially went there to have my Rolex serviced and polished. I originally met with Jill and upon my request showed me upgraded Rolexs'. I have not even considered a new Rolex since 1999! Jill was very professional in her consultation and... not pushy. Eventually, I went back to JIT and met with David Cohen and he helped me settle with what I REALLY wanted with size and design. David is extremely educated when it comes to value and style for Rolexs'. His professionalism and patience definitely instilled trust in me and I completed my transaction expeditiously.
